Prevention action on mental health for preparatory students

To provide tools, resources and information to promote selfcare on a daily basis and to better deal with the difficulties that students may encounter (sleep, anxiety, stress management, mood swings, isolation, loneliness, etc.), our clinical psychologist leads a one-hour session with students. This workshop was built with the experience of former preparatory students (whose testimonies are shared during the session) and offers a space for discussion and exchange between students and mental health professionals.

Training teachers

All teachers in preparatory classes often come across students in distress. Although teachers are on the front line, they often feel they lack the resources to detect students who are not doing well, to respond appropriately to mental distress and to accompany them in their search for support. We therefore offfer a training session to provide you with the tools and practical information to promote better mental health among students and to accompany those who are struggling.

Discussion groups for school nurses

School nurses are key players in the mental health of students in preparatory classes. While they are sometimes isolated from the rest of the teaching and administrative staff, they can feel powerless to help students in psychological distress. Nightline therefore offers discussion groups on student mental health aimed at school nurses, based on the model of practice analysis groups, facilitated by our clinical psychologist.
