Once you feel ready to talk about it, you have several options: you can turn to someone you know or to a stranger. Both these choices are valid, so feel free to choose the one that makes you feel most comfortable. It also depends on the type of support you wish to receive.

Helplines

If you wish to talk to someone anonymously, you can turn to a helpline when you need it. Usually, volunteers or mental health professionals answer these calls to offer anonymous mental support.
